In this class, you will learn how to safely handle firearms and the components of a handgun. Students will learn Maryland State laws to properly carry their firearms in good standing of the law. Students may legally wear and carry or transport a regulated firearm, when they possess and maintain on their person the MSP- issued Handgun Wear and Carry Permit.
